your account will be locked.
If your account has been locked
or you don't remember your
customer number or password, use
our Account Retrieval System to
retrieve or reset your login
information.

To Retrieve Your Customer
Number
- Go to the
Account Manager login
page or the home page.
- Click the
Retrieve My Password
or Forgot your
password?

- Select Retrieve
Customer Number.
- From the
Retrieve Customer Number
panel, from the My
list, select a product you
own.
- In the is
field, type the information
for the product.
- In the Enter the
security access code
field, type the displayed
numbers and letters.
- Click Continue.
- A message containing
your Customer Number will be
sent to the email address on
file for this account. The
name on the email address is
masked for security
purposes. The number of
asterisks (*) represent the
number of characters in the
name. For example, john@email.com
is ****@email.com, while
jennifer@email.com is
********@email.com.
- If this email address is
valid, click
Continue, or
If you believe the email
address is not valid, click
Email Change Form
and complete the form. Fax
it to us with the necessary
documentation to change the
email address.
To Retrieve Your Password
Hint
- Go to the
Account Manager.
- Click the Forgot
your password?
hyperlink.
- Select Retrieve
Password Hint.
- From the
Retrieve Password Hint
panel, in the
Customer Number
field, type your customer
number or your user name.
- In the Street
Address field, type
your street address.
- In the Enter the
security access code
field, type the displayed
numbers and letters.
- Click Continue.
The Account Login
page opens, and your
password hint displays above
the Password field.
To Reset Your Password
- Go to the
Account Manager.
- Click the Forgot
your password?
hyperlink.
- Select Reset
Password.
- From the Reset
Password Authorization
panel, in the
Customer Number
field, type your customer
number.
- In Email address
on account type the
email address on file for
this account.
- In the Enter the
security access code
field, type the displayed
numbers and letters.
- Click Continue.
- A message containing a
password reset authorization
code will be sent to the
email address on file for
this account.
We'll send you an email
message with a password
reset authorization code.
Follow the instructions to
use the authorization code
to reset your password.
NOTE: The authorization
code is valid for one reset and only for 2 hours from the time it was sent.
If the authorization code expires or the reset fails, you must obtain a new
authorization code email to attempt the password reset again. |
