Update Your Payment Method Information

You should check and update your payment method information on a regular basis. When your credit card information changes, such as an expiration date or billing address, you can update your information to keep your payment information current and avoid your credit cards being declined.

To Update your Payment Method Information

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Expand the My Account section on left side of page by clicking on it.
  3. Under this My Account section, click Credit Card & Payment Info.
  4. In the Payment Methods list, select the checkbox next to the name of the payment method you want to update.
  5. Select the Update Payment Option button.
    Note:  Click the View Items hyperlink to see renewing products associated with the payment method. You can select products you want to update payment methods for, and click Update Payment Option.

  6. In the Update Payment Information panel, select from existing payment methods or add a new payment type.

    Note:  If you would like to use a different form of payment for all items currently associated with this payment method, click the "Change" link below.

  7. Click Save Changes.
